David C. Dismuke was born in Tampa, Florida in 1974. After graduating from Haines City High School in 1993, Mr. Dismuke joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve and attended college at the University of South Florida where he graduated, with honors in 1998. Mr. Dismuke received an academic scholarship to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing Michigan, where he was awarded the “book award” in both Torts and Scholarly Writing given to the student with the highest grade as well as the John D. Volker award for outstanding and dedicated law review service in 2000. He graduated from Cooley, with honors, in 2001.
David dedicates his practice to the fields of personal injury and legal malpractice, representing victims of negligence and wrongdoing, with a focus on trial advocacy. Mr. Dismuke is a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar and has an AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5 Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubble. In 2013 and 2014, David was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. David currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association (2012‑present) as well as the Board of Directors of the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association (2013-present)
David is married to his high school sweetheart Jennifer. Together they have two children, Brooke and Dawson. The Dismuke Family are members of First Baptist Church at the Mall. Giving back to the community is important to the Dismuke Law family. Dismuke Law supports a number of local charitable organizations. Most recently, Dismuke Law has become a drop-off site for kidsPACK. KidsPACK USA is a nonprofit organization supported by community leaders, corporate sponsors, churches and concerned citizens joined with a core of volunteers throughout the county dedicated to improving the lives and opportunities of children.

Christopher Borzell was born in Miami and moved with his family to the Tampa Bay area where he has lived for most of his life. In 2002, Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida. From there, he followed his passion for law, to the University of Florida – Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2009.
Chris began his career as an attorney in civil litigation focusing on both first and third party insurance disputes. He devoted his first several years of practice to defending insurance companies and their interests including a position as trial counsel for one of the country’s largest insurance companies. Chris now utilizes his extensive experience gained through his representation of insurance companies to fight for the rights of the injured. Chris shares the belief of the Dismuke law family that community is important, so he has volunteered his time at the Guardian Ad Litem Program, Three Rivers Legal Services, and Bay Area Legal Services Association. When Chris is not fighting for the rights of his clients, you can find him supporting the local Tampa sporting teams and Liverpool F.C.

Jennifer is the Human Resources – Accounting officer of Dismuke Law, PLLC. She was born and raised in Polk County, Florida. After graduating from nursing school, she married her high school sweetheart, David C. Dismuke. Jennifer loves being a mom and enjoys volunteering at her children’s school. Working at Dismuke Law allows Jennifer to utilize her medical background, by reviewing client medical records and bills. Jennifer manages human resources, financial and administrative matters within the firm.
Cristina was born and raised in Central Florida. She currently lives in Auburndale with her high school sweetheart and their two young children. In 2006, she received her degree in the field of Medical Billing and Coding which has become abundantly useful in the personal injury field of law. Working directly with David Dismuke and other top trial lawyers for the past several years has allowed her to exercise and cultivate her various skills. Her passion for justice and strive for success has led her to be an active member of several organizations, including the NALS Association for Legal Professionals, through which she maintains an Accredited Legal Professional (ALP) certification. Cristina enjoys downtime with her family as well as socializing with and learning from other driven individuals in the legal community. Cristina serves as Dismuke Law’s Office Manager, overseeing all matters relating to client case management.
Jennah is originally from New York and has always dreamed of working in the law field. After serving on a mock jury at Dismuke Law she was able to make that dream a reality. Her background working in the insurance field has given her an advantage in personal injury law. She currently lives in Mulberry with her husband and two daughters. Both of her children are involved in cheerleading and she enjoys watching them at competitions. Jennah also enjoys reading, shopping, going to the beach and spending time with family.
Alexis was born and raised in Lakeland, FL. Growing up, Alexis has always had an interest in the legal field and helping others. She is currently working toward her degree in Medical Billing and Coding which will be a valuable tool in the personal injury field of law. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with loved ones.
